A method for sensing the priming state of medical fluid according to the present invention comprises: a step of emitting light to an end of a needle for discharging medical fluid a step of sensing the emitted light at a position which is opposite to the position where light is emitted and a step of checking whether the medical fluid is in a priming state at the end of needle depending on whether the sensed light is scattered.
