PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strongly desired obstacle-clearing auxiliary device for a wheelchair and a wheelchair that have a simple structure, less failures and low price, and that can stably lift front wheels even with a weak force.SOLUTION: A support member with a footrest member fastened in the middle is fixed between horizontal shafts by using two members of a fixed member and a partial fitting member of the wheelchair. Then, with feet on the footrest member, by pressing the same downward using a body weight, the front wheels can be easily lifted in the auxiliary device structure, whose function causes no hindrance during the normal travelling and folding time when the device is unnecessary. The problems are solved by the invention including a wheelchair equipped with the auxiliary device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡単な構造で故障が少なくかつ安価であり、しかも、効果として弱い力でも安定してノーズリフトを行い、障害物を避けることのできる車椅子の補助装置や車椅子が強く望まれていた。【解決手段】中間部にペダル部材を固着した支持部材を車椅子の固定部材と部分勘合部材の2個の部材を用いて水平軸間に固定した後、ペダル部材に足を掛け、体重を利用してこれを下方に押し下げることによって、容易にノーズリフトを可能にした機構であって、不必要な通常の走行時及び折り畳み時には支障をきたさない機能を持つ補助装置、及び前記補助装置を具備した車椅子を発明したことにより前記課題を解決した。【選択図】図2
