PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary apparatus of a wheelchair capable of avoiding obstruction and a wheelchair with the capability, which have a simple structure, less failure, and low price and which can be stably operated with a weak force effectively.SOLUTION: A support member with a pedal member fixed in the intermediate part is fastened between horizontal shafts by fitting in two places of an engaging part and a partial engaging part of a wheelchair. Then, with the pedal member stepped on with a foot and pressed downward by using a body weight, the obstruction avoiding operation is facilitated. This mechanism of the auxiliary apparatus is provided with a function causing no difficulty during an ordinary travelling and folding when no operation is necessary. The invention includes a wheelchair having this auxiliary apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡単な構造で故障が少なくかつ安価であり、しかも、効果として弱い力でも安定してノーズリフトを行い、障害物を避けることのできる車椅子の補助装置や車椅子が強く望まれていた。【解決手段】中間部にペダル部材を固着した支持部材を車椅子の勘合部と部分勘合の2ケ所の勘合により、水平軸間に固定した後、ペダル部材に足を掛け、体重を利用してこれを下方に押し下げることによって、容易にノーズリフトを可能にした機構であって、不必要な通常の走行時及び折り畳み時には支障をきたさない機能を持つ補助装置、及び前記補助装置を具備した車椅子を発明したことにより前記課題を解決した。【選択図】図2
