A portable device for enhancing transdermal molecules delivery is disclosed and comprises a control unit, an electrode unit and a heating unit. The control unit has an electrode control port and a heating control port. The electrode unit has a substrate having a first electrode and a second electrode, with the first electrode and the second electrode are interlaced each other and electrically connected to the electrode control port of the control unit. The heating unit is electrically connected to the heating control port of the control unit. Thus, the control unit outputs an electrode control signal to the electrode unit and a heating control signal to the heating unit.
