SOLUTION: The noodle strip cutting-out machine works as follows: a rolled noodle strip B is made go through a pair of cutting blade rolls 22 where a plurality of cutting blades 222 are arranged at predetermined spacings S around the circumferential surface 221 by setting the serrated end part 251 of a waste noodle-removing plate 25 into a gap S of the respective cutting blades 222, waste noodles P stuck to the cutting blades 22 are scraped OFF a suction means 26 is operated to suck the waste noodles P accumulated in the space C between the end part 251 and the cutting blades roll 22.
