PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of easily changing a spot size and performing an efficient operation.SOLUTION: A laser operation apparatus for ophthalmology includes a laser beam source, and an irradiation optical system which serves as an irradiation optical system irradiating a target position with laser beam, and has a moving optical system moving the spot of the laser beam in three dimensions, and cuts eyeball tissue.
