The present invention relates to a composition for treating a vascular disease, including protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) inhibitory peptides. According to the present invention, the composition can suppress abnormal proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) by suppressing dephosphorylation by PP1. Also, the composition can be usefully used for treatment of a vascular disease including pulmonary artery high blood pressure by inducing a recovery from dysfunction by activating eNOS of vascular endothelial cells (VECs). The composition for treating a vascular disease includes: (a) a therapeutically effective dose of PP1 inhibitory peptides； and (b) a pharmaceutically permitted carrier.본 발명은 단백질 탈 인산화 효소 1 억제 펩타이드(protein phosphatase 1 inhibitory peptides)를 포함하는 혈관 질환(vascular diseases) 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 PP1 (protein phosphatase 1)-매개 탈 인산화를 억제하여 혈관 평활근세포(vascular smooth nuscle cell, VSMCs)의 비이상적인 증식을 억제할 뿐만 아니라 혈관 내피세포 (vascular endothelial cells, VECs)의 eNOS를 활성화 시킴으로써 기능이상으로부터 회복을 유도하여 폐동맥 고혈압을 포함한 혈관질환의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
