The needle instrument includes abody unit having a rectangular cross-section and grabbed by aneedle holder during the operation； a needle unit having oneneedle side and the other needle side on both sides of the bodyunit to be tapered and having round tips, wherein one needle sideis formed to be duller than the other needle side； and athread pressing and coupling unit provided on one end of thebody unit and formed at a position that corresponds to 1/5 to1/6 of an entire length from an end of the needle instrument andis spaced apart from the end of the body unit by 0.5 to 1 mm.
