PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool for an endoscope capable of avoiding interference due to a guide wire which causes a change in the opening/closing direction when a pair of treatment parts are opened corresponding to an affected part in a body cavity. SOLUTION: A sheath 11 having flexibility, an operation wire 12 arranged so as to be able to move forward and backward in the sheath 11, an operation portion 13 for operating the operation wire 12 forward and backward, and a treatment provided at a distal end portion of the sheath 11. The part support means 14 and the midway parts 15a and 16a of the treatment part support means 14 are rotatably supported by the support shaft 18, and the distal end side parts 15c and 16c are opened and closed to treat a living tissue in a body cavity. The treatment portion 15 and 16 and the guide wire engagement means 20 for guiding along the guide wire 30 are provided, and the support shaft 18 is formed with the shaft hole 19 penetrating both ends, and the guide wire engagement is formed. The means 20 is supported by a support portion 20b provided in the shaft hole 19 of the support shaft 18 with an engagement guide portion 20a with which the guide wire 30 is inserted.
