PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical and dental curable composition capable of developing adhesive property for rigidly adhering to various materials or biological hard tissues and bond durability which can be resistant even under severe environment in oral cavity, a medical and dental curable composition capable of achieving a one-liquid type package form less likely to receive deterioration or denaturation due to hydrolysis of components by environmental temperature, acidity of a solution or the like and excellent in storage stability, and an acid resistant organic compound capable of existing stably without hydrolysis even under acidic environment with pH 2 to 3.SOLUTION: There is provided an acid resistant organic compound having an amino group protected by at least one or more kind of protection group, and at least one or more kind of radical polymerizable group in a molecule. There is provided a medical and dental curable composition further containing a phosphonic acid group-containing polymerizable monomer, a polyvalent carbonic acid group-containing polymerizable monomer, a polymerizable monomer, water, a water soluble organic solvent, a polymerization initiator, a photosensitizer and an optical acid generator other than the acid resistant organic compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】様々な材料や生体硬組織等に強固に接着する接着性と過酷な口腔内環境下においても耐えうる接着耐久性を発現させることができる医科歯科用硬化性組成物、環境の温度や溶液の酸性度等により構成成分の加水分解による劣化や変質を受けにくい貯蔵安定性に優れた1液型の包装形態も可能とする医科歯科用硬化性組成物、pH2~3の酸性下でも加水分解することなく安定的に存在が可能な耐酸性有機化合物の提供。【解決手段】少なくとも一種類以上の保護基により保護されたアミノ基および少なくとも一種類以上のラジカル重合性基を分子内に併せ持つ耐酸性有機化合物。前記耐酸性有機化合物以外に、ホスホン酸基含有重合性単量体、多価カルボン酸基含有重合性単量体、重合性単量体、水、水溶性有機溶媒、重合開始剤、光増感剤および光酸発生剤を更に含有する、医科歯科用硬化性組成物。【選択図】なし
