The present invention relates to crystalline salts of betrixaban and processes for their preparation. More specifically, it relates to crystalline betrixaban hydrochloride, crystalline betrixaban citrate and to crystalline form B of betrixaban hydrobromide. It also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising said crystalline salts of betrixaban and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. The invention also concerns the use of said pharmaceutical compositions as a medicament, in particular for the prevention and the treatment of disease conditions characterized by undesired thrombosis.La présente invention concerne des sels cristallins de bétrixaban et leurs procédés de préparation. Plus spécifiquement, elle concerne le chlorhydrate de bétrixaban cristallin, le citrate de bétrixaban cristallin et la forme cristalline B du bromhydrate de bétrixaban. L'invention concerne en outre une composition pharmaceutique comprenant ledit sel cristallin de bétrixaban et un ou plusieurs excipients pharmaceutiquement acceptables. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de ces compositions pharmaceutiques en tant que médicament, notamment pour la prévention et le traitement d'états pathologiques caractérisés par une thrombose indésirable.
