A hair cleansing agent composition according to the present invention comprises: 0.1 to 10 % by mass of a surfactant represented by chemical formula 1 as a component (a)； 1 to 20% by mass of a surfactant represented by chemical formula 2 as a component (b)； 1 to 20% by mass of an amphoteric surfactant as a component (c)； and 0.01 to 3% by mass of a cationized polymer as a component (d), wherein a mass ratio of the component (a) to the component (b) ((a)/(b)) is 0.1 to 1.
