يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بشأن تطوير دواء نباتي مضاد للالتهاب تقليدي مُحسَّن على شكل شراب طبيعي 100٪ يتكون أساسا من خمس نباتات طبية تم قطفها في منطقة الريصاني-الرشيدية (جنوب شرق المغرب).هذا الدواء النباتي تم الحصول عليه بواسطة النقع بالماء البارد لخمسة أعشابthe present invention relates to the preparation of an improved anti-inflammatory phytom\u00e9dicament traditional form of 100% natural syrup) of five medicinal plants collected in the region of rissani - errachidia (south of morocco). this phytom\u00e9dicament is obtained by cold maceration water of five plants (rosmarinus officinalis l., phoenix dactylifera l.artemisia herba alba asso,, mentha pulegium l., mentha suaveolens ehrh.) on the basis of carefully selected ertnopharmacologiques investigations in the above-mentioned region, and made in the form of syrup. as a first step, the aqueous mac\u00e9r\u00e2t plants selected, measured in g \/ k. g of body weight.(c) in the wistar rat was assessed by oral route the percentage of inhibtion inflammation is of the order of 82.98% in comparison with indomethacin 61.7%, 5 hours after the induction of inflammation in the carrageenan 0.5 per cent to anti-inflammatory to 1g \/ kg of syrup made. it has been also assessed by the oral route in wistar rats.we have noted a significant anti inflammatory approximately 84.04% in comparison with indomethacin, 5 hours after the induction of inflammation.La présente invention concerne lélaboration dun phytomédicament anti-inflammatoire traditionnel amélioré sous forme de sirop 100% naturel à bae de cinq plantes médicinales récoltées dans la région de rissani-errachidia (sud-est du maroc).
