In the present invention, provided is a device inserted in the mouth, comprising a pressurizing part which is seated on the upper teeth of users and extended toward the inside of the mouth and pulls the rear side of the tongue while pressurizing the same downward where the device is inserted in the mouth of users and accordingly enables the pressurizing part to push the rear side of the tongue while pulling the same, thereby preventing the tongue from moving back and accordingly preventing the tongue from closing the air duct.본 발명의 목적은 사용자의 윗쪽 치아에 거치되며 구강의 내측으로 연장되어 혀의 뒷부분을 앞으로 잡아당기는 동시에 아래로 눌러주는 가압부를 갖는 구강내장치를 제공하는 것이며, 본 발명에 따른 구강내장치에 의하면 사용자가 구강내장치를 구강내에 장착함으로써 구강내장치의 가압부가 혀의 뒷부분을 아래로 눌러주는 동시에 앞으로 잡아당겨서 혀가 뒤로 밀려버리는 것을 방지함으로써 혀에 의해 기도가 폐쇄되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
