SOLUTION: An infectious disease isolation medical facility 1 is a hospital room 31a to 31h, 32a to 32g, a medical treatment room 11a to 11f, and a living room of a person involved in a medical field, which are arranged in the facility and constantly maintain a negative pressure. The infected area 10 including the 20 and the non-infected area 80 including the external access unit 801 in which hospital staff and patients enter and exit the facility, and the facility management unit 802, and the non-infected area 80 used in the facility again. It is provided with a high temperature treatment unit 100 that treats the articles to be used at a high temperature to inactivate pathogens, and an incineration treatment unit 125 that incinerates and discards the articles to be discarded from the users of the facility.
