PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for making a patient take medicine in a periodic manner surely, and a system for compacting pieces of physical measurement information of the patient and selecting an optimum care method.SOLUTION: A blister card in which a medicine for every time of taking medicine is stored, is created based on a formula of a doctor, then a BC identification member attached to a cartridge which is separated from the blister card is read by a BC reading device, and then the read content of the BC identification member is collated with medicine prescription information sent from a pharmacy terminal, for managing whether or not medication to the patient is properly performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】患者に対し、定期的な薬剤の服用を確実に遂行させることができるシステムを提供し、さらに、患者の身体測定情報を集約して最適な介護法を選択することを可能にするシステムを提供する。【解決手段】医師の処方に基づいて各服用時ごとの薬剤を封入したブリスターカードを作成し、ブリスターカードから切り離された薬包に付されたＢＣ識別部材をＢＣ読取装置により読み取らせ、薬局端末から送られてきた薬剤処方情報と照合して患者への投薬が適切に行われているかを管理する。【選択図】 図１
