PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system, a server, and an information communication method suitable for online medicine taking guidance of one dose package packaged medicine.SOLUTION: An information communication system comprises a cloud server, a facility terminal in facilities, and a patient's user terminal 0, and communicates mutually through a network. A packaged medicine includes unique identification information, and unique identification information, medicine information of a packaged medicine, a patient's information of a patient including connection information to a user terminal, and facility information including connection information to a facility terminal are related and managed for each packaged medicine by a database of the cloud server. The facility terminal acquires medicine information and patient information of a packaged medicine from the cloud server by reading unique identification information added to a packaging bag of a packaged medicine, and permits transmission and reception of audio and video for performing online medicine taking guidance by video telephone with a user terminal on the basis of connection information include in acquired patient information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】一包化された分包薬のオンライン服薬指導に適した情報通信システム、サーバ及び情報通信方法を提供する。【解決手段】情報通信システムは、クラウドサーバと、施設の施設端末と、患者のユーザ端末０とからなり、ネットワークを通じて相互に通信を行う。分包薬には、ユニーク識別情報が付加されており、クラウドサーバのデータベースにより、分包薬毎にユニーク識別情報と、分包薬の薬剤情報と、ユーザ端末への接続情報を含む患者の患者情報と、施設端末への接続情報を含む施設情報とが関連付けて管理されている。施設端末は、分包薬の分包袋に付加されたユニーク識別情報を読み取ることで、分包薬の薬剤情報及び患者情報をクラウドサーバから取得し、取得した患者情報に含まれる接続情報に基づいてユーザ端末との間でテレビ電話によるオンライン服薬指導する音声及び映像を送受信可能にする。【選択図】 図１
