PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for purifying hydrogen-containing water for beverages, especially a manufacturing method of hydrogen water, in which hydrogen is dissolved in UF water from which pyrogen has been removed to enable long-term storage, and to provide a manufacturing apparatus for hydrogen water.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of hydrogen water comprises: an RO water purification step where RO water is purified by filtration of raw water by reverse osmosis using a semi-permeable membrane; an ion exchange water purification step where ion exchange water is purified by filtration of the RO water by means of an ion exchange resin; a UF water purification step where UF water is purified from which pyrogen is removed by further filtration of the ion exchange water by means of a UF membrane; a hydrogen addition step where hydrogen is added to the UF water and hybridized; a hydrogen water packing step where the hydrogen water is filled in a beverage container in order to supply the same as a beverage in a state where hydrogen is sufficiently added; and a sterilization step where sterilization of hydrogen water is performed from outside of the container in which the hydrogen water is packed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
