PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a conventional rice transplanter, a distance between a seedling planted finally into a seedling planting row and a ridge easily becomes large, to thereby easily enlarge the width of a headland.SOLUTION: In a rice transplanter including a hoisting and lowering mechanism 100 mounted on a traveling vehicle body 10, for hoisting and lowering a work device 70, and a controller 300 for controlling the hoisting and lowering mechanism 100, the work device 70 can be rotated in the longitudinal direction with respect to the traveling vehicle body 10, and the controller 300 does not hoist the work device 70 even when turning of the traveling vehicle body 10 is started, and thereafter hoists the work device 70 at a prescribed hoisting timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の田植機については、苗植付条において最後に植付けられる苗と、畦と、の間の距離が大きくなってしまい、枕地の幅が大きくなりやすい。 【解決手段】 走行車体10に取り付けられ、作業装置70を昇降させる昇降機構100と、昇降機構100の制御を行うコントローラー300と、を備え、作業装置70は、走行車体10に対して左右方向に回動可能であり、コントローラー300は、走行車体10の旋回が開始されても、作業装置70を上昇させず、その後に所定の上昇タイミングで作業装置70を上昇させることを特徴とする田植機である。【選択図】 図1
