PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable autonomous travel of a small sized travel vehicle.SOLUTION: A travel control device 5 of the invention is configured to perform a travel operation for travelling along a seedling row N and a turning operation for turning to a tip of a next seedling row N, and comprises: a posture control part 12 for outputting a posture control signal for controlling a posture of the travel vehicle on the basis of a current angle ωf of the travel vehicle 1 detected by a turning direction sensor 11； an image processing part 14 for detecting presence of the seedling row N from an image of a seedling row N on a front side of the travel vehicle 1 imaged by an imaging part 13, and for detecting a target turning direction for travelling along the seedling row N； and a travel control part 19 for controlling the travel vehicle 1 according to a processing result of the posture control part 12 and the image processing part 14.
