To provide a flexible film material for sheet shutters capable of effectively preventing entry of small-sized insects into doors by cutting off wavelengths within an ultraviolet region that small-sized flying insects (phototactic insect pests) can sense, and yet, for the visual sense of a person, having excellent internal transparency and internal visibility.SOLUTION: A flexible composite laminate body includes transparent resin layers on whole both surfaces of a mesh sheet used as the base body, the mesh sheet employing a rough fabric as a base material, having a whole surface covered by a thermoplastic resin, and formed by including multiple through-holes. Each through-hole is formed into a transparent resin mirror-surface part filled with the transparent resin layers.
