PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis support apparatus, a diagnosis support method, and a diagnosis support program with convenience enhanced in diagnosing an affected part such as a breast with obtained MRI images (tomographic images).SOLUTION: A communication I/F 12 obtains MRI images of an affected part captured by an MRI device 30 at times T0 to Tn. A CPU 14 displays color maps onto a screen SCR on the basis of the MRI images obtained by the communication I/F 12, each color map showing a different planner color distribution corresponding to an early phase or a delay phase and a pixel value. The CPU 14 follows a pointer movement operation to multiplex a pointer oriented a common desired position on layers. The CPU 14 further displays graphs onto the screen SCR on the basis of the MRI images obtained by the communication I/F 12, each graphs showing a temporal change of the pixel value at the position corresponding to the early phase or the delay phase and followed the pointer movement operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
