PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graph display processing unit which can easily perform the viewing of data, which have periodicity, and a method thereof.SOLUTION: The CPU of an electrocardiogram display device 100 computes a point between the R wave and S wave of a cardiac cycle and at two-thirds from the lowest point, as a central point of a cardiac cycle waveform whenever the cardiac cycle is recognized, and judges whether the central point is displayed so as to be located in a central domain which is defined as one-third of the center of display.
