This invention provides for a compact pellet feed plant that has a compact structure consuming lesser space and at the same time consumes lesser steel structure material, thereby saving cost towards land and steel. Maximum flow is through gravity and eliminates requirement of conveyors and save the power & maintenance cost of these conveyors. Such a plant that can be erected and commissioned in a lesser time with lesser cost. During failure of component or machinery of the automated plant, the component or machinery is strategically located in the plant and the function of said component or machinery can be handled manually till such failure is rectified.
