The present invention relates to a method for cultivating Poria cocos Wolf in an open field. The method comprises the steps of: (1) preparing multiple pine trees each of which has a length of 808 cm and a diameter of 153 cm, digging a V shaped groove having a depth of 70.7 cm and a width of 80.8 cm in a diameter direction in the middle of each of the pine trees, and peeling 41 parts of the bark of each of the pine trees in a length direction； (2) performing plowing, performing field rotary work for 21 times to finely smashing a soil, and performing listing to form a furrow having length of 4020 cm and a width of 4020 cm； (3) arranging the pine trees of step (1) in the furrow of step (2), attaching 15020 g of Poria cocos Wolf cultivating bacteria in the groove of each of the pine trees, and covering vinyl having a width of 202 cm and a length of 152 cm thereon； and (4) covering a soil at a thickness of 101 cm on the pine trees of step (3), and covering vinyl having a width of 1.50.2 m thereon.본 발명은 복령 노지 재배방법에 관한 것으로, (1) 길이 80±8 cm 및 지름 15±3 cm의 소나무를 다수 개로 준비한 후, 소나무의 중간에 지름방향으로 깊이 7±0.7 cm 및 폭 8±0.8 cm V자형 홈을 파고 소나무 껍질을 길이방향으로 4±1군데 벗기는 단계； (2) 밭갈이 작업을 수행한 후, 밭 로터리 작업을 2±1회 수행하여 흙을 잘게 부순 다음, 깊이 40±20 cm 및 폭 40±20 cm의 골을 형성하는 골타기 작업을 수행하는 단계； (3) (2) 단계의 골에 (1) 단계의 소나무들을 배열한 후, 각 소나무의 홈에 복령 재배균 150±20 g을 부착한 다음, 그 위에 가로 20±2 cm 및 세로 15±2 cm의 비닐을 덮는 단계； (4) (3) 단계의 소나무 위에 10±1 cm의 두께로 흙을 덮은 후, 그 위에 폭 1.5±0.2 m의 비닐을 덮는 단계를 포함하는 복령 노지 재배방법을 제공한다.
