An intraluminal prosthesis containing a first part made to maintain it in the lumen of a tubular organ, and a second part connected to the first part so that the force applied to the second part is at least partially isolated from the first part. An intraluminal prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the second part is configured to install a device therein, such as a valve. An intraluminal prosthesis according to claim 1, comprising a connecting element between the first and second parts. An intraluminal prosthesis according to claim 3, wherein the connecting element comprises at least one tethered element. An intraluminal prosthesis according to claim 3, in which the connecting element contains at least one frame element. The intraluminal prosthesis according to claim 3, wherein the connecting element contains one wire element. An intraluminal prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the first and second parts are made of a single blank. The intraluminal prosthesis according to claim 7, wherein the preform comprises one continuous stent folded to form the first and second parts.
