This invention relates to the improvement to the efficiency of a surgeon's decision making by giving success rates, potential complications that could arise during surgery, operating costs of certain procedures, anesthesia time, and predicted life expectancy using a predictive model built with deep learning. An additional embodiment of this invention is the use of a vision system to identify ongoing surgical procedures using deep neural networks such that the physician's surgical decisions are dynamically incorporated with the patient's data to provide a predictive model. An additional embodiment of this invention uses blockchain communication to securely transfer data between the cloud and the operating room or point to point between medical devices in the operating room. An alternate embodiment of the present invention is to provide for an advanced predictive method of surgery, specifically to a mechanism using a plurality of encoded networks for predicting surgical decisions, pharmaceutical decisions, medical fraud analysis, and patient cost analysis using deep learning techniques.
