PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an acoustic coupling member without being affected by a film thickness of adhesive even though the acoustic coupling member is an aggregate of two members.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an acoustic coupling member includes the steps of: lapping a second mold having a convex portion having a height from a reference plane and a flatness surface portion being continued from the convex portion and extending in the reference plane over a first mold 71, forming a first cavity between a concave portion and the convex portion, forming a second cavity being continued from the first cavity and having a gap thickness greater than a gap thickness of the first cavity between the first mold 71 and the flatness surface portion, and filling the first cavity and the second cavity with a first resin material and curing the first resin material, lapping a third mold 83 brought into contact with a thick wall portion 67 of an envelope 64 at a flat internal wall surface 85 over the first mold 71, forming a space 84 between a hollow 81 formed on the envelope 64 according to the convex portion and the internal wall surface 85, filling the space 84 with a second resin material, curing the second resin material, and molding the acoustic coupling member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】2つの部材の結合体でありながら接着剤の膜厚の影響を受けない音響結合部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】第1型71に、基準平面から高さを有する凸面部、および、凸面部に連続して基準平面内で広がる平坦面部を有する第2型を重ね、凹面部および凸面部の間に第1キャビティを形成し、第1型71および平坦面部の間に第1キャビティに連続して第1キャビティの空隙厚よりも大きい空隙厚を有する第2キャビティを形成し、第1樹脂材料で第1キャビティおよび第2キャビティを充填する。第1樹脂材料を固める。第1型71に、平坦な内壁面85で外皮64の厚肉部67に接する第3型83を重ね、凸面部に応じて外皮64に形成された窪み81と内壁面85との間に空間84を形成し、第2樹脂材料で該空間84を充填する。第2樹脂材料を固め、音響結合部材を成型する。【選択図】図9
