PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet material, which can achieve good penetration of liquid while a touch is good.SOLUTION: In a composite sheet material, a three-dimensional sheet material (2) having a number of projecting parts (3) and a flat sheet material (4) without any projecting part are alternately stacked. A number of holes (5) are formed in the flat sheet material (4), the projecting parts (3) are inserted into the holes (5), and the opening peripheral edges of the holes (5) and the outer peripheral surfaces of the projecting parts (3) are joined to each other. In the three-dimensional sheet material (2), second projecting parts (19) projected on the opposite side to the flat sheet material (4) are formed between the projecting parts (3).
