PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organ preservation device capable of detecting an organ in which a blood vessel state is unhealthy and which has problems in transplantation, in extracted organs, a blood flow determination device and a blood flow state determination method.SOLUTION: There is provided a device for determining a blood flow of an organ by perfusing a perfusion liquid to an organ extracted from a living body, the device comprising: an organ preservation part for preserving an organ a perfusion part for managing temperature of the perfusion liquid in a state in which there is temperature difference between the perfusion liquid and the organ, and supplying the perfusion liquid to the organ an imaging part for imaging the organ preserved on the organ preservation part and a determination part for determining a flowing state of the perfusion state on the organ based on the image acquired by the imaging part.
