1. An intravaginal swab for feminine hygiene, comprising: a) a substantially cylindrical absorbent pad having a length, a longitudinal axis, an end for insertion and an end for extraction and containing: i) a mass of fibers compressed into a separate shape, and ii) a permeable sheet a fluid coating substantially covering the mass of fibers； b) an extraction member operatively connected to the substantially cylindrical pad in close proximity to its end for retrieval； in which (1) the absorbent pad contains a plurality of on individual forms of the groove, (2) wherein at least two of these individual forms of the groove (i) each have a length measured along the groove and comprising at least 150% of the length of the pad； (ii) each has a main axis having essentially longitudinal orientation； and (iii) each has a coil in close proximity to at least one of the end for insertion and the end for extraction. The tampon according to claim 1, in which the coil forms the groove is placed in close proximity to the end for the introduction of the pads. A tampon according to claim 1, in which the coil of the groove forms is placed in close proximity to the end for removing the pad. The tampon according to claim 1, wherein the at least one shape of the groove has a coil located in close proximity to each of the ends for removal and the end for insertion of a pad, forming a separate surface area bounded by such a shape of the groove. The tampon of claim 1, wherein the at least one shape of the groove comprises three groove segments, wherein: i) each groove segment has a substantially longitudinal orientation； ii) the first groove segment is associated with a second groove segment1.
