La cartouche comprend une base et un premier élément placé lors de l'utilisation afin d'aligner les doigts de la pluralité de gants. En outre, l'invention porte sur une machine permettant de distribuer un gant jetable, la machine comprend un bras articulé placé lors de l'utilisation pour mettre en contact et retenir une première partie du gant et pour déplacer ledit gant d'une première position dans laquelle le gant est situé dans une cartouche contenant un ou plusieurs gants à une seconde position dans laquelle une seconde partie dudit gant peut être mise en contact avec un moyen d'ancrage et être retenue par ce dernier dans le but d'ouvrir la manchette afin de permettre à un utilisateur d'enfiler le gant.
