<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (AD/HD) model non-human mammal developing behavioral disorder extremely close to human attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (AD/HD). <；P>；SOLUTION: The attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (AD/HD) model non-human mammal has a mutant gene obtained by mutation transfer of a gene mutant that is a gene abnormality to a non-human mammal DNA having a neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptor &alpha；4 subunit (CHRNA4) gene or a &beta；2 subunit (CHRNB2) gene relating to human autosomal dominant nocturnal frontal lobe epilepsy, and further by introducing a specific probe.
