FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method for gamete quality prediction in women infertility treatment for auxiliary reproductive technologies (ART) programs is proposed. The patients are genotyped according to polymorphic loci FSHR 2039 G>A (Ser680Asn) [rs6166], SERPINE1 (PAI-1) -675(5G>4G) [rs1799889], ESR2 G>A [RsaI] [rs4986938] and VEGFA -634 G>C [rs2010963]. The results of genotyping determine the probability of obtaining of oocytes suitable for fertilization. At p values greater than 0.5, reception of oocytes suitable for fertilization is predicted.
