PURPOSE: A bcl-2 targeting peptide and a drug delivery composition using the same are provided to diagnose cancer and enhance drug efficiency without side effect. CONSTITUTION: A bcl-2 targeting peptide comprises an amino acid sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-7. A polynucleotide encoding the bcl-2 targeting peptide amino acid sequence has a base sequence selected from the sequence numbers 9-15. A recombinant expression vector contains the polynucleotide encoding the peptide. The peptide is labeled with radioactive isotope, chromophore, luminescent material, or fluorescent material.본 발명은 암 유도 마커인 bcl-2 단백질 표적용 펩타이드, 이를 이용한 암 진단 키트 및 약물전달 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 암세포 발현 여부를 진단할 수 있는 저분자 진단 탐침 및 암의 치료 및 예방을 위한 약물 전달 물질로 이용될 수 있다.
