The present invention relates to a medical pump which is capable of adjusting an injection speed and has little error of the injection amount. The medical pump comprises: a hollow cylinder having both open lateral sides； a first piston which is arranged on one side of the cylinder and performs linear movement in both directions in a first area, a portion in an inner space of the cylinder； a second piston which is arranged on the other side of the cylinder and performs linear movement in both directions within a second area where is a portion in the inner space of the cylinder； a liquid suction hole which is formed to communicate with the inner space of the cylinder and is opened or closed by the linear movement of the first piston； a liquid discharge hole which is formed to communicate with the inner space of the cylinder and is opened or closed by the linear movement of the second piston； a first driving device which causes the linear movement in both directions with respect to the first piston； and a second driving device which causes the linear movement in both directions with respect to the second piston. The first and second driving devices are rotation-type driving devices. The first piston and second piston are screw-joined to the first driving device and second driving device, respectively, and are joined to avoid being rotated in the cylinder.
