PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide tube favorably guiding the guide tube to a target site in an internal space of a subject.
SOLUTION: This guide tube 11 is inserted, for guiding an object to be guided towards the target site 105, into the internal space of the subject 100 having the wide internal space with respect to an inlet port 101. This guide tube 11 includes a cylindrical body tube 7 extending in the central axis direction and having flexibility, and its distal end 7a has a curved portion 7b forming a predetermined angle with the central axis in the proximal end 7c. The body tube 7 has a planar section 7d provided on a peripheral face of the body tube 7 in an area with a predetermined length from the distal end side and capable of coming into contact with the external face of the subject 100.
