An object of the present invention is to provide an antibody or a functional fragment thereof that binds to human PGE2 receptor subtype EP4 and inhibits the function of EP4. Furthermore, it aims at providing the pharmaceutical containing this antibody or its functional fragment. Mice were immunized with human PGE2 receptor subtype EP4, and monoclonal antibodies that suppress the increase in intracellular cAMP by EP4 were screened.
