An electronic blood pressure monitor, a data processing device and a data processing method are provided. The electronic blood pressure monitor (1) comprises a blood pressure measuring portion, a memory portion (7), an operation portion (5), a determination portion (18), a calculation portion (14) which includes a blood pressure average value calculation unit (20), and a display portion (6). The operation portion (5) comprises a group of condition input units (15) which are used for setting up calculation conditions of the blood pressure average value. Every condition input unit of the group of condition input units (15) consists of a parameter type display region (16) and an input region (17). The memory portion (7) is used for storing the blood pressure measurement data and the set parameter. The determination portion (18) synthetically determines whether the blood pressure measurement data stored in the memory portion (7) corresponds with the set calculation conditions of the blood pressure average value or not, and takes the blood pressure data corresponding with the conditions as the certain data. The blood pressure average value calculation unit (20) calculates the blood pressure average value based on the certain data.
