The present invention relates to a composition comprising a stilbene-based compound and pharmaceutically acceptable salts as an active ingredient for anti-inflammation and, particularly, for lung damage-related anti-inflammation. Specifically, a compound in a chemical formula 1 and derivatives thereof can be usefully used as an active ingredient of a composition for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases and, particularly, lung damage-related inflammatory diseases, by inhibiting protein related to NF-&kappa；B and MAPK path by LPS induction, regulating elevation of oxygenase-1 mediated with Nrf2 by t-BHP induction, and inhibiting ROS inside the cell and peroxynitrite.본 발명은 스틸벤계(stilbene) 화합물 및 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항염증용, 특히 폐손상 관련 항염증용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 [화학식 1]의 화합물 및 이의 유도체는 LPS 유도에 의한 NF-κB 및 MAPK 경로와 관련된 단백질을 억제하고, t-BHP 유도에 의한 Nrf2가 매개된 옥시제네즈-1(oxygenase-1)를 상승조절을 하고 세포내 ROS 및 퍼옥시니트리트(peroxynitrite)를 억제함으로써 염증성 질환, 특히 폐손상 관련 염증성 질환의 예방 및 치료용 조성물의 유효성분으로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
