PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mower for mowing weeds growing around the boundary of a pavement surface and road curbstone.SOLUTION: The body of a mower moves along the boundary surface between the road curbstone and the pavement surface by a driver. Two disc-like type blades installed in longitudinal and lateral directions draw the same orbits around the boundary surface between the road curbstone and the pavement surface, and carry out a sliding motion and rotating motion on the side face of the road curbstone and the pavement surface by an angle set in the disc-like type blade, whereby the mower cuts the grass between the disc type blade and the pavement surface and the side face of the road curbstone by shearing action generated between the disc type blade and the pavement surface and the side face of the road curbstone.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は舗装路面と道路縁石の境界付近に生える草を刈り取る。【解決手段】 草刈り機本体は駆動体により道路縁石と舗装路面境界面にそって移動し縦、横2方向に設置された2枚の円盤状型刈刃は道路縁石と舗装路面境界付近において同一軌道を描き、円盤状型刈刃に設定される角度により道路縁石側面および舗装路面をすべり動作及び回転動作をすることにより円盤型刈刃と舗装路面および道路縁石側面との間に挟まれた草を円盤型刈刃と舗装路面および道路縁石側面との間に発生するせん断作用によって刈り取る。【選択図】図1
