The installation and manufacturing costs of the buoy are remarkably reduced.본 발명은 부유식 부표에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 부표 몸체가 발포폴리프로필렌(EPP) 재질로 형성되어 양측면이 경사지게 형성된 날개부로 이루어지고, 부표 몸체의 상측부에 형성되는 수변데크, 어촌의 양식장용 이동로, 수생태계 학습을 위한 수변도로 등의 부재물과 힌지 결합됨으로써, 해수면 또는 내수면의 물결에 의한 흔들림 및 자체 하중의 변화에 따른 파동에 의한 흔들림이 현저히 감소할 뿐만 아니라, 부표를 이용한 수변데크, 어촌의 양식장용 이동로, 수생태계 학습을 위한 수변도로에서 사람들이 안전하고 안정적으로 이동할 수 있고, 부표의 설치 및 제작비용이 현저히 절감되는 특징이 있다.
