The base support for a seedling tray comprises: a base plate having a size corresponding to the seed tray； and a plurality of supporting units which protrude from the base plate in a complementary shape to the ports and are inserted between the ports and engaged with the outer surface of the ports. The present invention is capable of preventing the deformation of a seedling tray where a plant is planted from and reducing the manufacturing cost and time.
