This invention is about a kind of health-keeping instant brew tapioca’s making method. Evenly mixes the functional ingredient or the flavoring ingredient with the excipient to form a substrate, and then compresses them into irregular shape of particles. These irregular shapes of particles tumble to form rounded small granules through water spraying and the centrifugation process. Then places the small granules on a high speed centrifugal turntable and controls the humidity by water or colloidal spray. During tumbling, clad the small granules by adding the pre-gelatinized starch powder and edible gum powder. Keep on tumbling, rounding and controlling the humidity to make the small granules increase in diameter by absorbing the powders. Continue to control the humidity and the powder absorbing process until the granules’ diameter meets the requirement. Then use medium-low temperature to dry the granules and pack them.
