The disclosed attachment device for a dental structure comprises: a cap member, which has a shape corresponding to a coupling hole so as to be fixed inside the coupling hole formed in the dental structure, and in which a first accommodating space open downwards is provided, and which has an engaging protrusion protruding from the inside thereof an intermediate member, which is accommodated in the first accommodating space of the cap member, and in which a second accommodating space open downwards is provided and an abutment provided with an upper coupling part, which is inserted in the second accommodating space of the intermediate member and detachably coupled to the intermediate member, and a lower coupling part, which is disposed at the bottom of the upper coupling part and coupled to either alveolar bone or a dental fixture. The intermediate member comprises a top part, facing the top of the upper coupling part of the abutment, and a side part, extending downwards from the edge of the top part, and has a guiding groove, which is formed on the outside of the side part and into which the engaging protrusion of the cap member can be inserted, and a snap protrusion, which is protrudingly formed at both sides of the engaging protrusion or the guiding groove and fixes the engaging protrusion inserted in the guiding groove.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation pour une structure dentaire.
