Для этого проводят иссечение свища в пределах здоровых тканей и осуществляют открытое ведение послеоперационной раны. При этом непосредственно после иссечения свища в стенки и дно раны вводят обогащенную тромбоцитами аутоплазму (ОТА). Введение ОТА осуществляют сеткой с шагом 3 мм по 0,1 мл на каждое введение в анальном канале и с шагом 5 мм на перианальной коже на глубину 2-3 мм. Далее, разведя ректальным зеркалом края раны, на ее дно накладывают пленку из ОТА, а под рану вводят ОТА в объеме 1,5 мл на глубину 7-8 мм во внутренний сфинктер.
