PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new bath additive in which no granular salt and no silica are used and having a sherbet-like condition.SOLUTION: The bath additive is consisting of at least a foaming component 4 and liquid material 1 which is liquid at an ordinary temperature. One or more kinds of materials selected from oil component 2 and surfactant 3 are used as the liquid material. At least organic acid 5 and carbonate 6 are used as the foaming component. The bath additive comprises the liquid material and the foaming component so that they have a sherbet-like condition and has a feature that it does not react with moisture until the foaming component is used with the liquid material. The oil component is at least one or more material selected from oils 21, waxes 22, hydrocarbons 23, higher alcohols 24 and esters 25.
