PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a powdered medicine supply device having high measurement accuracy of imaging measurement itself, and a powdered medicine supply device capable of reflecting a result of weight measurement to the imaging measurement, and enhancing measurement accuracy of the imaging measurement.SOLUTION: A background member 51 which does not absorb and reflect light of color which an imaging device 50 is induced, is provided on a position ahead of a powdered medicine falling position in an imaging direction of the imaging device 50. A fallen powdered medicine which is divided by imaging measurement 50+82 is measured by weight measurement 60+83, for determining a powdered medicine storage amount in a storage hopper 60, then an individual error amount confirmation program 84 calculates a powdered medicine discharge error amount, on the basis of difference between the powdered medicine storage amount and the division target amount, and an individual error amount modification program 85 modifies a powdered medicine feeding amount estimation value, on the basis of the powdered medicine discharge error amount. Then, an accumulation error amount calculation program 86 calculates an accumulation error amount by collecting previous powdered medicine discharge error amounts, and an accumulation error modification program 87 modifies the division target amount on the basis of the accumulation error amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】撮像計測そのものの測定精度が高い散薬供給装置を実現する。また、重量計測の結果を撮像計測に反映させて撮像計測の測定精度が高くなる散薬供給装置を実現する。【解決手段】撮像装置50の撮影方向で散薬落下位置より先に位置する所に、撮像装置50の感応する色の光を吸収して反射しない背景部材51を設ける。また、撮像計測50+82で分割された落下散薬を重量計測60+83で測定して貯留ホッパ60の散薬貯留量を求め、個別誤差量確認プログラム84により、散薬貯留量と分割目標量との差から散薬排出誤差量を算出し、個別誤差修正プログラム85により、散薬送出量推定値を散薬排出誤差量に基づいて修正する。さらに、累積誤差量算出プログラム86により、以前の散薬排出誤差量を集計して累積誤差量を算出し、累積誤差修正プログラム87により、累積誤差量に基づいて分割目標量を修正する。【選択図】 図1
