PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal powder supply device improving accuracy of imaging measurement by reflecting a result of weight measurement on the imaging measurement.SOLUTION: Fall medicinal power divided by imaging measurement 50+82 is measured by weight measurement 60+83 to acquire a storage amount of the medicinal powder in a storage hopper 60. An individual error amount confirmation program 84 calculates an amount of medicinal powder discharge errors from a difference between the storage amount of the medicinal powder and a target amount of division, and an individual error correction program 85 corrects an estimate value of a medicinal powder delivery amount on the basis of the amount of the medicinal powder discharge errors.
