The present invention relates to a suturing device capable of suturing an open affected area in a convenient and hygienic manner and improving suture reliability. The suturing device of the present invention comprises: a suture thread film in which a suture thread including a lifting portion and a loop portion is separably attached to a base film； a body which includes a guide slit to guide a transfer of the suture thread film； a suture needle which lifts a suture lifting portion of the suture thread film transferred along the guide slit of the body, and rotates so as to pass the affected area and pass through the loop portion； a driving member which rotates the suture needle, and also transfers the suture thread film； a holding member which holds the lifting portion having passed through the loop portion of the suture thread by means of the driving member to form a knot； and a cutting member which cuts the suture thread that has formed the knot by means of the holding member.
